For Gilbert and family,
My prayers for you to have comfort in Jesus Loving arms.
Your father I never met but you told us about him and flying high.
I believe as the song says a pilot can fly higher then the an eagle and how peaceful passing through the clouds. With hugs to all, play the music for comfort.

Despite being close family friends with the Gaugers/Adams/Williams for several years, I had the pleasure of meeting Glenn only a handful of times. However, in those few instances there remained no question as to what kind of man he was. Glenn had unconditional love for his family, his community, and his passions. With current times it's easy to find ourselves becoming complacent and taking things for granted. But whether it be showing me the work he was doing on his airplane (It still mystifies me that he was able to get that thing in the garage?!), telling me stories about a random picture I pointed out on the wall, or even just talking about the work he had recently done to the front porch, you could see that Glenn was not this way. He cherished every moment of his life and embraced the opportunity to turn a stranger into a friend. I know it's cliché, but Glenn was able to make a person feel at home and like a friend the first time meeting them and for this (amongst countless other reasons), he will be loved and missed by all.

Our condolences to Barbara, Kim and the Gauger family. We won't be able to attend visitation. My dad , Chuck Wilson, worked with Barbara many years ago and Kin was a student worker at VU for us. We came to know Glenn that way. He was a wonderful respected man and pilot. I know he will be greatly missed by all.
