Wilma Jean (O’Brien) Vaughn

Wilma Jean Vaughn 73, of Vincennes passed away on July 14, 2019, at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes. She was born on, October 9,1945, in Vincennes, Indiana, the daughter of Willis and Edna (Ridgley) O’Brien. On April 17, 1963 she married Lawrence Vaughn Jr. and he precedes her in death.
Wilma loved to crochet and spend time with her children and all of her grandchildren. She is survived by her children: Lawrence Vaughn III and significant other Liz Kemp of Evansville, Noel (Gail) Vaughn of Murfreesboro, Tennessee and Matt (Coti) Vaughn of Vincennes. 15 grandchildren 7 great grandchildren and a brother Willis O’ Brien of Washington State.
Along with her husband Wilma was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters Judy and Dorothy O’Brien and two grandchildren Curtis and Blake Vaughn.
The family will hold a Graveside memorial service on Saturday July 20, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at Memorial Park Cemetery in Vincennes. Fredrick and Son McClure- Utt Funeral Home Vincennes Chapel was entrusted with cremation services. Online condolences may be made at www.fredrickandson.com.
