Steven Utt Obituary

Steve Utt, 73 of Columbus, IN. formerly of Oaktown, went to his eternal home on Wednesday, February 24, 2021.

Steve was born in Vincennes, IN on December 13, 1947 to the late Bert Utt and Mary Ridge Utt. Steve graduated from North Knox High School Class of 1965.

Steve was a member of the Vincennes Gun Club; enjoyed trap and skeet shooting, bird watching, and being outdoors. When Steve was young he helped to train horses for racing and took a great interest in the sport.

Steve was preceded in death by; his loving wife, Debra Parish Utt; and his parents.

He is survived by; children, Lori Herrmann (Andrew), Cary Cox (Mike Jimerson), Bryce Utt (Alicia), and Spencer Utt; grandchildren, Finn, Cassidy, Brycen, Alex, and Quinn; and one brother, Doug Utt.

Steve will be laid to rest at Oaktown Cemetery during a private family memorial. Fredrick and Son McClure-Utt Funeral Homes is honored to assist the Utt family with arrangements.
