Steve was born in Vincennes, IN on December 13, 1947 to the late Bert Utt and Mary Ridge Utt. Steve graduated from North Knox High School Class of 1965.

I’m so very very sorry to hear of Steve’s passing.  He and Debbie were more than neighbors they were very very good friends.  I know he’s with Debbie now but I’m so sorry for the kids.  Keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers.  Love you all.  Esther
