Shirley Ann (Spradling) Horrall

Shirley Horrall 87 entered into enteral rest on Monday, August 29, 2022, with her family at her side.
Shirley was born on August 18, 1935, to Beatrice and Claude Spralding, Sr. in Popular Bluff, Missouri. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
Shirley graduated from Lincoln High School (1952), Vincennes University and Wabash Valley College, Mt. Carmel IL with a Nursing Degree.
She married August Wayne Horrall and he proceeded her in death in 1976. They were blessed with four children.
Shirley is survived by; children, Thomas W. Horrall (Kathy), Terry D. Horrall (Penny), Timothy P. Horrall (Shannon), Theresa L. Emmons; brother Claude Spradling; sister, Sue Hassen; sister-in- law , Audrey Spradling; 11 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She always had a special place in her heart for Little Children and spent lots of time caring for them.
She was preceded in death by; her husband, her parents, one brother, one niece, one grandchild, one great-grandchild, two nephews and one son-in-law.
She is a member of St John’s Catholic Church. Visitation will be Friday, September 2, 2022, from 4:00 to 7:00 at the Fredrick and Son McClure-Utt Funeral Homes, Vincennes Chapel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St John’s Catholic Church on Saturday, September 3, 2022, at 10:00 am. She will be laid to rest in Mt. Calvary Cemetery next to her husband. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Judes Children Research Hospital.
