Roger Steven Darrough

Roger Steven “Steve” Darrough, 69 of Vincennes, passed away on August 23, 2023.
Steve was born in Sullivan, IN on June 21, 1954 to the late Ruby and Ike Darrough.
Steve was a 1973 graduate of North Knox High School. Steve was a crane operator for CSX from which he retired after twenty-six years. He enjoyed antiques. He would attend auctions and would bring antiques back to their glory days by refinishing them. Steve also enjoyed hunting and farming. He helped out at Cardinal’s farm. What Steve enjoyed most was the time he spent with his family and friends, especially his children and grandchildren. Steve was known for being friendly to everyone and will be missed by many.
Those left to mourn the loss of Steve are; children, Jennifer (Billy Joe) Cunningham of Oaktown, Daniel Darrough of Vincennes; grandchildren, Brayden and Emily; sisters, Sherry Cummins of Vincennes, Ann (Rodger) Copp of Lawrenceville, and Linda Schiavone of Sebastian, FL; a brother, Bud Darrough of Vincennes; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will accept visitors on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 from 4-7 at Fredrick and Son McClure-Utt Funeral Home, Oaktown Chapel.The family welcomes online condolences to be left at www.fredrickandson.com.
