Roberta Ann "Ramsey" Dellinger, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister, passed away on March 7, 2026, in Vincennes, IN, at the age of 88.

Born July 22, 1937, in St. Francisville, IL, to Bertrand and Erma Richardson Ramsey. Roberta grew up in Vincennes, IN, and graduated from Lincoln High School in 1955. She married Leo F Dellinger, Jr. on June 6, 1958, in Vincennes. They were married for 48 years until his passing on April 4, 2007. She worked at Indiana Bell early in life, was a proud farm wife for over 60 years, and later worked at Vincennes University Old Post Bookstore, where she retired.

After retiring, she enjoyed gardening, planting all kinds of flowers, spending time with her family and friends, as well as going to breakfast on Tuesday morning with the Class of 1955 ladies. She attended First Baptist Church in Vincennes.

Roberta is survived by her son, Jeff Dellinger (Trisha) of Bruceville, and her daughter, Terri Racey of Vincennes. She has nine grandchildren: Jennifer (Bob), Jessica, Tim, Clayton (Ashley), Kate (Jerry), Bonnie (Jeffrey), Erica, Bryan (Kelly), and Dalton (Briana). She has 25 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are her sisters, Beverly Rogers (Ernie) of Poplar Bluff, MO, Brenda Hoffman of Oaktown, IN, sister-in-law Gloria Ramsey Morrison of Florida, as well as many nieces and nephews.

She's preceded in death by her husband, Leo Dellinger, brother, Larry Ramsey, brother-in-law, Jerry Hoffman, sons-in-law, Carl Lichte and Bradley Racey, and great-grandson, Carl Lichte.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Mariah Creek Christian Church. A service will follow at  2:00 with burial concluding at Mariah Creek Cemetery. In Lieu of Flowers, donations can be made to any church or charity of your choice, or the First Baptist Church Missions Trip to Honduras.
