Robert David Cornelison

Robert David Cornelison 63 of Bicknell went to his heavenly home on Tuesday, November 22, 2022.

Bob was born in Vincennes on April 4, 1959 son to Shirley A. Like Cornelison and the late Robert Alva Cornelison.

Bob was a tool and die machinist for Johnson Controls and Vincennes Welding; after that he worked doing maintenance for Oak Village and Washington Nursing Center. Bob loved nascar, guns, spending time with his family, especially his beloved grandchildren. He was a member of the N.R.A and completed the Walk to Emmaus in 2013.

Those left to mourn the loss of Bob are; his wife, Laurie Dian Cornelison; children, Jessica Cornelison of Bicknell, Lisa Wright of Bicknell; mother, Shirley Cornelison; four grandchildren, Madalyn Wright, William Wright, Mya Wright, and Braden Racey; siblings, Karen Mundy (Scott), of Oaktown, and Kevin Cornelison (Joyce) of Freelandville.

He was preceded in death by; his father, Robert Alva Cornelison and father-in-law, James Stewart.

There will be a visitation on Monday, November 28, 2022 from 10:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. with a service immediately following at Fredrick and Son McClure-Utt Funeral Homes, Oaktown Chapel.Burial will follow in Mariah Creek Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the family of Mr. Cornelison so that they may set up a college fund for his grandchildren.
