Obituary
Rita Kay Bowlin, 84, of Vincennes, passed away April 20, 2023 in Vincennes. Rita was born , May 15, 1938, in Bicknell IN, the Daughter of Joseph Trubac and Ruby "Phillippe" Nocus. Rita married William Dale Bowlin in 1959. She worked as an executive secretary for several different companies over the years. Rita loved sewing and cooking, she was known for organizing many fund raisers and sporting events, she was also a member of the Asbury Chapel United Methodist Church.
Rita is survived by four children, Teresa Lee Goodsen McNew (Allen) of Ladoga, IN, Michael Edward Goodsen of Freelandville, IN, Sheila Kay Bowlin of Bruceville, IN, and William Glenmore Bowlin of Brucevile, IN; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one brother, Michael Trubac of Bicknell, IN. She was preceded in death by her husband William Dale Bowlin; one great-granddaughter, Shyanna Dawn Bowlin; her parents, Ruby "Phillippe" Nocus and Joseph Trubac; and one sister, Janet Memering.
