Richard “Rick” K. Burke

Richard “Rick” Keith Burke 59 of Vincennes, passed away on Friday, May 19, 2023.

Richard was born on September 29, 1963 in Vincennes, In to the late Anna Marie Miller Perkins and Julian Richard Burke.

Rick was employed by KMA Trucking Inc. He enjoyed music, arrowhead hunting, hunting, fishing, mushroom hunting, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Those left to mourn the loss of Rick are; his life partner, Teresa Merydith of Vincennes; stepfather, Charles Perkins; stepchildren, Mike Burke of Vincennes, Shane Burke of Vincennes, Jesse Montogomery (Amanda) of Vincennes, and Tyler Montgomery (Ashlee) of Vincennes; a sister, Angie Hamilton (Gene) of Vincennes; and half brothers, Jason R. Burke of Vincennes, and John Perkins (Katie) of Newburgh; eleven grandchildren; and several aunts, uncles and cousins, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by; his mother, Anna Marie Perkins; father, Julian Richard Burke; and a granddaughter.

There will be a visitation on Saturday, May 27, 2023 from 2:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M. at Fredrick and Son McClure-Utt Funeral Home, Vincennes Chapel. The family welcomes online condolences to be left at www.fredrickandson.com. He will be cremated and laid to rest in Memorial Park Cemetery at a later date.
