Naomi Ruth “Risher” Miley, age 89, passed away on June 21, 2025, in Washington, IN. Naomi was born on October 2, 1935, in Washington, PA.
There will be a graveside service on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at 11:00 am at Sugarland Memory Gardens. Naomi will be entombed in the Sugarland Mausoleum. Fredrick and Son-Gill Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with Naomi’s arrangements.
