He served honorably in the Army Reserves and retired from Professional Services Industries (PSI), dedicating himself to a career that mirrored his meticulous nature and strong work ethic. Together, they embarked on a journey filled with joy and companionship until her passing.

His son, Bradley J. Nomady, and his brothers William Richard Nomady and Vernon Nomady, along with his wife and parents, preceded him in death.

Well-known for his keen sense of humor and loving nature, Mervin also possessed an adventurous soul, finding pleasure in both golf and riding motorcycles. His legacy is one of unwavering love and the countless moments of fun he shared with all who knew him.
