Karen Sue (Neilson) LaMantia

Karen Sue LaMantia, 66, passed away on Thursday October 6th 2022  in Monticello,  Indiana.

She is survived by her husband and best friend of 53 years; Daniel LaMantia, their 3 daughters; Nicole (Joshua) Williams, Coral (Chris) Ahola and Danielle Barkwell, 3 grandsons; Christian, Hunter, and Caleb, and 2 sisters; Nancy Auksel and Mary Bixenman, as well as many well loved nieces, nephews. 

She graduated from Highland High School in 1975, was a professional clown, she was a missionary who worked all over the world and a talented crafter, and herbalist.

She always loved with her whole heart and gave everything she had. She was a comfort to all who knew and loved her and they appreciated her hugs and her beautiful dimpled smile.

She was preceded in death by;parents, Betty Jo and Robert Neilson; siblings, Robert V. Neilson, Kathy Ann Neilson, and Betty Jean Henderson. 

There will be a graveside service on Thursday, October 13, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at Bicknell Memorial Gardens, 5057 N. Bicknell Rd. Bicknell, IN 47512.
