Jo Ann Kotlarsky

Jo Ann Kotlarsky 83, of Bicknell, passed away at home surrounded by her daughters July 22, 2020 in Bicknell. Jo Ann was born Thursday, November 19, 1936, in Linton Indiana, the Daughter of Millard and Grace (Howard) Pickett. She graduated from in Linton High School in 1954. She married E. Woodrow "Woody" Miller August 30th 1962 and he passed away Dec 22, 1971 she then married Leonard Kotlarsky on September 6th, 1974, and he also preceded her in death on March 14, 2020 She worked as a beautician in the 70's and later raised her family. She loved cake decorating, flowers, canning food, and gardening. Jo Ann was also a devoted member of the Bicknell First Baptist Church where she served many hours of her time. 
Jo Ann is survived by her children, Lynn Fox of Worthington, Denise Anderson (Scott) of Rising Fawn, GA., Beth Howard (Mike) of Owensville, IN; and Kelly Cazzell (Tom) of Boonville, IN.; grandchildren, Leo and Dwight Foote, Jason, Eric, and Jared Fox, Logan Lee, Whitney Hunt, Kylie, and Justin Howard, Avery and Dalton Cazzell; and Seventeen great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by; her parents Millard Pickett and Grace (Howard) Pickett; Husband's E. Woodrow "Woody" Miller and Leonard Kotlarsky, 1 daughter Lynn Foote; and a brother Harold Pickett. Visitation will take place on Friday July 24, 2020 from 4 P.M. to 7 P.M. at the Fredrick & Son McClure-Utt Funeral Homes Bicknell Chapel. A funeral will be held on Saturday July 25, 2020 at 3 P.M. with Seth Alexander officiating. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Bicknell First Baptist Church She will be laid to rest at the Asbury Chapel Cemetery.
