Doris Stultz Obituary

Doris Imogene Stultz 85, of Oaktown, went to her heavenly home on Wednesday, June 3, 2020.

Doris was born in Plainville to the late Claude Bateman and Thelma Clayton Beeman. She was married to John V Stultz, August 5, 1951 in Oaktown and they spent nearly 41 wonderful years together before his passing in 1992. She was a cook for the Carlisle Elementary School and helped in other areas of food service while there. Doris was a devoted member of Shaker Prairie Christian Church. She enjoyed reading and she loved her cats.

Doris leaves behind; her children, Jackie Milam (Richard) of TN, David Stultz of IL. and Doug Stultz of Carlisle; grandchildren, John Milam (Audrey York’s), Kelly Milam, Lane and Christain Stultz; great-grandchildren, Gracie and Caden; siblings, Marjorie Lavely ( Sam Beetham ) of IL, Cindy Hatfield (Terry) of Oaktown, and Harley Beeman (Jayne) of Oaktown.

She was preceded in death by; parents; spouse; a daughter, Marsha Stultz; and a sister, Avis Lamb.

The funeral service will be at Fredrick and Son Funeral Home, Oaktown Chapel on Saturday, June 6, 2020 at 3:00 P.M. with a visitation from 1:00 P.M. until the time of service. Burial will follow in Shepherd Cemetery.
