David Duane Quick

David Duane Quick, 73 formerly of Lawrenceville, Illinois passed away peacefully on January 3, 2024 at
his home in Vincennes, Indiana. David was born on September 28, 1950 in Hammond, Indiana to the
Jerry Joann (Fouts) Goodwin and Harold Ray Quick.
David was retired as a union painter. He enjoyed fishing, watching sports, going to concerts and theater
events in the local community.
He is survived by his daughter, Josie Quick of Cave In Rock, Illinois; sister, Claudia (Mike) Ravellette of
Lawrenceville, Illinois and three nephews; Neal Ravellette, Matthew and Nathan Quick.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Dennis Quick of Tampa Florida,
David's presence will be deeply missed but his spirit will inspire all who knew him.
Celebration of life services will be determined at a later date. Memorial donations can be made to the
Knox County Humane Society.
