Obituary
Cynthia S. Hardig, a loving and gentle soul, passed away on May 20, 2023, in Vincennes, Indiana. Born on April 9, 1958, to Jerry and Betty “Suddeth” Perrin she lived a life filled with kindness and devotion to her family and friends.
Cynthia was a proud mother to her four children Betty (Nicholas) Pirone of Bicknell, Indiana, Bobby Hardig of Vincennes, Indiana, Ronnie Hardig of Vincennes, Indiana, and Amber Hardig of Carlisle, Indiana. She was a doting grandmother to her 11 grandchildren and a cherished great-grandmother to her 9 great-grandchildren. Cynthia was also a beloved sister to her three sisters and one brother who will remember her fondly for her warmth and generosity. Cynthia was preceded in death by her parents, Jerry Wayne and Betty Jean Perrin.
Cynthia's dedication to her work as a seamstress for KCARC & Progress Laundry was a testament to her strong work ethic and her commitment to providing for her family. In the last few years, she was dedicated to rekindling and strengthening her relationships with her children & grandchildren.
As we say goodbye to Cynthia S. Hardig, a Celebration of Life will be held at Quabache Trails on Sunday, May 28th, 2023 at 1PM. Fredrick and Son McClure-Utt Funeral home is honored to be entrusted in the care of Ms. Hardig.
