Obituary

Charles Curtis Edgin 64, of Vincennes, passed away on Saturday, April 2, 2022  at his residence while surrounded by his family.

Charles was born on June 23, 1957 to Fred Gene Edgin and Rita Palmer Huffman in Vincennes. He was employed at Ford Sawmill and loved to play the lottery and collect antiques. 

Charles is survived by; his loving wife of forty-three years, Pamela K. Edgin; three daughters, LeeAnn Marie Kitzman (Nathan) of Ransom, IL, Christina Marie McCrae (Micah) of Louisville, KY, and Julie Ann Hunter (Martin) of Flatrock,IL; five grandchildren, Nathan Kitzman, Layla Kitzman, Jacob McCrae, KariAnn Stuart, and Emily Stuart; siblings, Sara Arnold, and Fred Edgin both of Vincennes; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by; mother, Rita Ann “Palmer”Huffman; father, Fred Gene Edgin; a sister, Clara Ravellette.

Burial will be at a later date in Memorial Park Cemetery. Fredrick and Son McClure-Utt Funeral Homes, Vincennes Chapel is honored to assist the Edgin family with arrangements. You may leave them an online condolence at www.fredrickandson.com.
