Carolyn Ann (Lane) Warren

Carolyn Ann Warren, a cherished soul and lifelong resident of Vincennes, Indiana, passed away peacefully at the age of 76 on the winter morning of Christmas Day, December 25, 2025. Carolyn's life journey began on March 21, 1949, as the beloved daughter of the late Daniel Lane and Edna Williams Lane, and her departure from this world leaves a legacy of love and dedicated service.

Throughout her 76 years, Carolyn's presence was a constant source of warmth and comfort to all she encountered. She dedicated over 23 years of unwavering service to the Good Samaritan Hospital's food services, where her kindness and tireless work ethic touched the lives of countless colleagues, patients, and families. Her professional devotion was matched only by her dedication to her personal life, where she was a pillar of strength and affection to her family and friends.

Carolyn was the proud mother of two children, who remained close to her heart. Daniel Warren continues to uphold her caring spirit in Vincennes while Jennie Seibert (Nathan), of Greenwood, Indiana, reflects her mother's grace and resilience. She had the joyous role of being a grandmother to Magnolia Miller, Alana Miller, and Cathlene Snyder, each of whom she enveloped with immeasurable love and guidance.

Her commitment to her faith was demonstrated in her active participation at St. Francis Xavier Parish, where she was a devoted member. Her involvement in the church was not just that of an attendee, but as a true servant of her beliefs, always ready to lend a helping hand or share a comforting word.

Carolyn's fondness for her hometown was evident in every aspect of her life. From the care she provided at Good Samaritan Hospital to the unwavering support she offered her family and friends, she remained a steadfast example of kindness and dedication to the community she held so dear.

There will be a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at Old Cathedral Catholic Church at 12:00 PM to be officiated by Father Clint Johnson with visitation from 10:00 AMuntil the time of service also at the church.
