Blayze Alexander Crowder

Blayze Alexander Crowder, 12 of Shoals, left this world too soon and went to his new home in heaven on Wednesday, August 5, 2020. 

Blayze was born September 10, 2007 at Jasper Memorial Hospital to Brandon Crowder and Valerie (McCarthy) Mullins.

Blayze enjoyed riding bikes with his friends, spending time with his dad fixing things, being with his family, and drawing, as he was a very talented artist.

Blayze leaves behind; his dad, Brandon Crowder (Amber Clifton); mom, Valerie Mullins (Thomas); siblings, Chase Crowder, Vera Crowder, Elsa Crowder, Ava Crowder, Evelyn Mullins, Zailey Mullins, Emily Riggle, and  Hallie Hanson ; grandparents, Richard Crowder (Kimberly), Debra Rehl (Michael), Angel McCarthy,  John McCarthy, and Shannon Clark (Steve); great-grandparents, Dorothy McCarthy and June Raney; aunts and uncles, Robert Lee, Rick Crowder, Ramonda Grafton (William)”Bill”, John Way (Beth), Stephanie Cushman (Christopher), Pearl Crowder, Kristie Skees (Benjamin); and Amanda McCarthy; and many cousins who loved him dearly.

Visitation will be held on Monday, August 10, 2020 from 5 P.M. to 8 P.M. at the Shoals Christian Church, 601 N. Main St. Shoals, IN 47581, with a service following Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. with visitation from 12:00 P.M. until time of service with Pastors Matthew Sullivan and Pastor Darrel Land officiating.
