Theresa Hockemeier

Theresa (Patrizi) Hockemeier, 84, Vincennes, passed away Friday, January 5, 2018 at Good Samaritan Hospital. Theresa was born April 5, 1933, in Pennsylvania, the daughter of Joseph and Florence Marie (Sansone) Patrizi. She married Melvin Hockemeier. She worked as a clerk at a bookstore and worked in retail. She loved her family and cooking.

Theresa is survived by her husband, Melvin Hockemier; children, Kim (Dennis) Greene of Knoxville, TN, Karen (Douglas) Little of Mercer, PA, Kathy (Adrian) O’Connor of Montgomery, Marianne (Jim) Kidwell of Washington, and Mark Hockemeier of Vincennes; twelve grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Joseph and Bobby Patrizi.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Lucille Bukovinsky and Rosemarie Ray; and brother, and Nick Patrizi.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, January 8, 2018 at 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Rev. Dave Fleck officiating. She will be laid to rest at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
