Shirley Ann Wilson

Shirley Ann Wilson 86, of Oaktown, passed away July 17, 2019 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes.  She was born on December 22, 1932, in Carlisle, the daughter of C. Floyd and Irene(Evinger)Horton. On August 12, 1959 she married Owen Wilson and he preceded her in death on October 28,1997.

Shirley is survived by her children: Kevin(Marsha)Wilson of Washington,Indiana, Karen(Marion)Eveland of Indianapolis, Indiana, and daughter in-law Linda Wilson of Oakland City, Indiana, five grandchildren: Phillip(Wendy)Wilson of Evansville, Indiana, Rachel (Brian)Plunkett of Indianapolis, Indiana, Emily Hill of Washington, Indiana and Eric Wilson(Emily)of Mt. Carmel, Illinois, and Brock Eveland of Indianapolis, Indiana.  Ten great grandchildren also survive.

Along with her husband she was preceded in death by her parents, a son Anthony Wilson, sisters Phyllis Giordano and Doris Wildman, brothers Bernard Horton and Norman Horton.

Visitation will be Saturday July 20, 2019, from 10:00 A.M. to 10:45 A.M. at Fredrick and Son McClure-Utt Funeral Home Oaktown Chapel, 100 W. Main St., Oaktown Indiana 47561. Graveside Services will be on Saturday July 20 at 11:00 A.M.  at Oaktown Cemetery with Rev. James Myers presiding.
