Robert " Bob" Dale Evans

Robert Dale (Bob) Evans, 61 of Vincennes, IN. passed away Saturday, July 20, 2019 at Good Samaritan Hospital. 

Bob was born in Vincennes September 9, 1957 to the late Joseph Russell Evans and Elizabeth “Betty” Evans (Adams). Bob was employed with Sexton Wilbert Vault Co. as a dedicated vault technician who serviced several area funeral homes. In his free time, he loved being outdoors and tinkering in the garage while enjoying a Miller High Life. Most of all, Bob treasured his time with his family and his dog, whom he loved dearly.

Bob is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Jeannette Evans; 5 children, Spring Koeppen (Chris), Bobby Evans (April), P.J. Evans (Laura), Kyle Evans (Casey), Talia DeJarnett; 13 grandchildren; five brothers, Jodi, Gary, Wally, Mike, and John Evans; a sister, Rosie Evans; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Tuesday, July 23, 2019 from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at Fredrick and Son McClure-Utt Funeral Home, Vincennes Chapel, 313 Church Street. A funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. also at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
