Norma June (Mullens) Crouch, went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 30, 2018 at Bridgepointe Health Campus. Norma was born at home in Bruceville on June 21, 1934, to Riley “Ty” and Margaret (Arnott) Mullens.Norma was a loving mother and wife and spent many years as a childcare provider in the Bicknell area. She was active in the Church of the Nazarene in youth ministries, Knox County Literacy Program, as well as assisting her husband, Charles, in his ministry. Norma loved Jesus, her family, gospel hymn and chocolate peanuts. Norma married Charles Crouch on September 14, 1952 at the Bruceville United Methodist Church where she was a member. Norma and Charles made their life together for almost 62 years before he preceded her in death in January 2014.
Norma is survived by her three children, Danny (Susan) Crouch of Chrisney, IN, Kim (Terry) Eaton of Oaktown and Mary Ann (Steve) Kelso of Vincennes; nine grandchildren, Heather (Blaine) Seiler, Julie (Dillon) Seiler, Jeremiah (Carrie) Wilson, Samuel Eaton, Josie Eaton, Brandon Bilskie, Benjamin Bilskie, Nicholas Goodwin and Haley Goodwin; eight great-grandchildren, Trenton, Tierra, Trevor and Tori Seiler; Trenton and Caleb Wilson, Braydon Bilskie and Caidence Goodwin; brother, Robert Mullens of Benson, AZ, sister, Agnes (Mullens) Kolehouse of Vincennes and sister-in-laws, Donna (Bill) Mullens of Vincennes and Chris (Jerald) Mullens of Olney, IL.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, George Mullens, Jim Mullens, Stephen Mullens, John Mullens, Bill Mullens, Jerald Mullens and Riley Mullens Jr.; sisters, Betty Mullens, Mary Mullens and Shirley Mullens; and her parents.
Visitation will be held at Fredrick and Son McClure-Utt Funeral Home Bruceville Chapel on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at 10:00 AM at the Bruceville United Methodist Church, 316 Front St, with Pastor Jarrod Chattin and Jeremiah Wilson officiating.
