Melissa Faye (Hendrixson) Redmon

Melissa Faye Hendrixson Redmon, 53 of Vincennes went to her heavenly home on Wednesday, November 13, 2019. 

Melissa was born September 2, 1966 to William “Bill” Hendrixson and Nancy (Baker) Hendrixson in Vincennes, IN. Melissa was a 1984 graduate of Lincoln High School and was married to Richard Redmon August 23, 2008. She was employed by T.B.I.L. 

Melissa is survived by; her loving husband, Richard Redmon; parents, Bill Hendrixson (Nancy); children, Tessa Wilson (Allen), David Mincey (Hayley), Staci Miller; and Zora Marie; siblings, Sarah Tandal (Dougie), Becky Manthei (Jason); and brother from another mother, Mike Boyer; sixteen grandchildren;  Davion, Lyla, Zeus, Lexie, Lillian, Gavin, Dawsyn, Jarett, Faylyn, Levi, Peyton, Alexander, Blake, Axton, and Kay Ellen;  and one great-grandchild Azeris.

She was preceded in death by; a daughter, Kaycee Dawn Stewart; and her maternal and paternal grandparents.

There will be a visitation on Sunday, November 17, 2019 from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Fredrick and Son McClure-UttFuneral Home, Vincennes Chapel. With a funeral following on Monday at 10:00 A.M. conducted by Pastor Mike Hickman also at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
