Joann Marie Snyder

Joann (Turner) Snyder, 65, Vincennes, passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at Good Samaritan Hospital. Joann was born October 20, 1952, in Vincennes, the daughter of Tom and Laverne (Brown) Turner. She married Danny Snyder on May 10, 2003. She was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. She was also a home health care giver for over 30 years and was a cosmetologist.
Joann is survived by her husband, Danny Snyder of Vincennes; son, Jerrid (Tessa) Farrar of Vincennes; grandchildren, Lola, Kiaya and Knox Farrar, and Makayla Freeman; sisters, Glenda Turner of Vincennes, Debbie Barmes of Vincennes and Ruthie Bahr of Vincennes; brother, Tom Turner of Vincennes; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and daughter, Jessica Freeman.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at 11:00 AM at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church with Rev. Dave Fleck officiating. Visitation will be held Friday, March 23, 2018 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Fredrick and Son McClure-Utt Funeral Home, 313 Church St. Online condolences may be made at www.fredrickandson.com.
