Michael Charles Filbert

Michael Charles Filbert, 50, Bicknell, passed away Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at Good Samaritan Hospital. Michael was born January 16, 1967, in Kankakee, IL, the son of Steven and Mary (Clark) Filbert. He married Wanda Davis on March 6, 1993.
Michael is survived by his daughter, Brandi Clark of Vincennes; step-daughters, Lisa (David) Koenig of Bicknell and Rachel (Tracy) Chambers of Vincennes; brothers, Darren Wilhelm of Bicknell, Danny McCollough and Eric Filbert, both of South Bend; ten grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda, on April 18, 2012; his birth mother, Donna Wilhelm; and one step-brother, Brett Filbert.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2017 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Fredrick and Son McClure-Utt Funeral Home Bicknell Chapel. Funeral services will be held after visitation also at the funeral home at 1:00PM with Pastor John Moreland officiating. He will be laid to rest at Bicknell Memorial Cemetery.
