Mary Roach

Mary Roach, 84, Cadiz, KY, passed away Monday, April 16, 2018 at her home. She was born in Bruceville, IN on February 16, 1934 to the late Samuel Foote & Mable Melvin Taylor.
Mary had worked at Shady Lawn Nursing Home and was a Private Care Provider. She was a member of the Cadiz United Methodist Church and a member of the Dulcimer Club.
Mary is survived by her daughter, Susan Mason of Cadiz, KY; step-sons, David (Lisa) Roach of IN and Ted (Rebecca) Roach of IN; step-daughters, Beth (Dennis) Chattin of IN and Cindy (Fred) DeBord of IN; brothers, Roy (Erma) Foote of LA, Gary (Laraine) Foote of MO and David Foote of IN; sisters, Fleta Donham of KS, Marge Ellis of IN, Ethel Cooper of IN and Betty (Bill) Allen of IN; four grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and a number of step grandchildren and step-great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Theodore “Ted” Roach; son, Christopher Bastide; four brothers, Sam Foote, Fred Foote, John Foote & Doyle Max Foote.
A visitation will be held at King’s Funeral Home in Cadiz, KY on Thursday, April 19, 2018 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 20, 2018 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Fredrick and Son McClure-Utt Funeral Home Bicknell Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM also at the funeral home with Pastor Mike DeCoursey officiating. She will be laid to rest at Bicknell Memorial Cemetery.
