Charlotte was a wonderful woman who was always pleasant to be around. She also made the most amazing chocolate cake that I have ever eaten. My mother truly treasured their friendship. I will miss seeing her at functions. I extend my condolences to the entire Foley family, especially Donnie and Dane. May God bring you the peace and comfort that only He can provide. Our thoughts are prayers are with you all. Your loss is Heaven's gain. God Bless!

Prayers & heartfelt sympathy for Rosie, Tim, Charlotte's sons & family during this very difficult loss. To know Charlotte was to love her & I sure did! I ran into her a few months ago at the Dogwood BBQ in Vincennes & we had such a wonderful visit.....one that I will always treasure! Sweet memories go all the way back to Job's Daughters, Rosie & my cheerleader days, many Mason family celebrations & several cake decorating conversations. Rest well in the Lord's arms, sweet lady. You will be missed.
