Charles Lee Wagner

Charles “Chuck” Lee Wagner Sr., 78, Bruceville, passed away Monday, May 29, 2017 at Good Samaritan Hospital. Charles was born June 22, 1938, in Gibson County, the son of Ewell Leonard and Myrtle Jane (Deal) Wagner. He married Margaret Ann Martin on May 4, 1962. He was a truck driver and also served in the United States Navy.
Charles is survived by his wife, Margaret; sons, Chuck (Tammy) Wagner Jr. of Washington and Burt (Janet) Wagner of Bruceville; grandchildren, Kalena (fiancé John Thompson) Wagner, John Wagner, Blaize Wagner and Blayre Wagner; great-grandchildren, Rhys and Rory Thompson; brothers, Marvin (Mary) Wagner of Princeton, Edwin (Judy) Hosmer of Owensville and Dale Hosmer of Mt. Carmel, IL; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, William Wagner.
A graveside service will be held 12:00 PM Friday June 2, 2017 at Bruceville Cemetery. Fredrick and Son McClure-Utt Funeral Home Bruceville Chapel assisted the family with arrangements. Online condolences made be made at www.fredrickandson.com.
